Wow, after working in the dishpits at my culinary school just to earn some chicken scratch, I will actually be having a real job interview in a couple of days. EXCITED!!! ^^ It's with a Chef whos really geniussmartlike, and offering me a really good position right out of school, and its close to where I live right now so I won't have to move my junk around yay! I'm almost 100% positive it'll go really well too, he's opening two different restaurants here in town so I know he's looking for lots of help, and since I am a graduate (In a couple of weeks), I'm likely to get the better position.

Wow, three months since the last time I put anything up here. First of all, here are the first few posts of a work that has been in progress/on hiaitus for pretty much the last 2 years with me forgetting about it. To put it simply, in August when I chose to start posting this tale on this website, I didn't have access to the files beacuse I was doing a summer job far from home. And since then I have had a problem with alcohol and have only recently come to the conclusion that I really must start attending meetings, and get some real help.
